Bulla – Swiss Watchmaking

The Return of a Swiss Watch Manufacture

Founded in 1872 by Emile Juillard in Porrentruy, at the heart of the Swiss Jura, Bulla produced mechanical timepieces shaped by function, legibility and durability for over a century.

In 1973, Bulla fell silent during the quartz crisis.

More than 50 years later and 154 years after its foundation, Bulla returns.

Our first creation, Héritage Field, draws inspiration from mid-20th-century military watches. While the legendary Dirty Dozen defined the era, Bulla was, at the same time, crafting watches built on the same principles — black dials, small seconds at six, and absolute legibility.

Bulla Héritage Field is a contemporary interpretation of those original Bulla designs — Swiss Made, crafted and assembled in the Swiss Jura and powered by a Swiss movement.
